1. Our Role
FooVsMarket is a classified marketplace. We do not handle payments directly between parties unless Safe Payment is used.
2. When You Have a Problem
- Contact the seller directly through our messaging system.
- If the issue is serious, submit a fraud report.
- Our team aims to review reports within 24 hours.
We assist with disputes as a goodwill service to help keep the marketplace safe. This assistance does not make FooVsMarket a party to any transaction between users, and it does not create an obligation to compensate buyers or sellers. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. Platform Fees
Fees for listing boosts are non-refundable after activation, unless the service was not delivered due to a platform error. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.
